1. What is your professional/educational background?
I worked for a number of years in yellow page advertising. I have also done everything from construction work to receptionist work. I am currently a full-time Driver, which allows me the freedom to continue raising my children.
2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?
I love everything about it. I am a very social person and love interacting with the public. I am a problem solver and I love helping others. Also isn't it neat that we get to experience so many different places and see so many different things. I love the change of scenery. Also, the freedom of being an independent contractor is very appealing.
3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?
I live on the southwest side of Carrollton. I grew up there, and so my comfort will always lie in that area. I love living the country life and I also like the change of seasons. Very different from Florida, where I spent 10 years in the blazing sun.
4. How do you spend your free time?
Well, as of recently, studying to become a Real Estate Sales Associate. My kids also keep me very busy with activities. I also like to spend time with friends and family and play cards. Plus, trying to keep up with the lawn it keeps me very busy.
5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be?

She was prompt, patient, and willing to work harder than any other agent out there to get our property sold and make sure that everything was scheduled prompty and had great recommendations to get us financed as well. We were able to get inspected for both homes easily thanks to our realtor and this all occurred during the holidays. We are so grateful for Ashley and her team at Cutler Realty.
